Refunds

Members who wish to withdraw from RHC must submit a 2025-26 Refund Form. Completed forms should be emailed to the Registrar. For more information, please refer to the board page. 

Refund policy is as follows:

Refund policy – amounts to be refunded are based on the following timeframes:

  • Prior to the start of the season: registration fee (including GST if applicable) less a $100.00 processing fee.
  • Medical reason after the start of the season and prior to December 31: registration fee (including GST if applicable) less a $100.00 processing fee.
  • After December 31 no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
